If you want the merchandise shipped to another address that address must be listed as an alternative address with your credit card company. REFUND POLICY
We will gladly accept returns however, there is a 25% restocking fee on any merchandise returned to Karaokebargain.com. Before you return you merchandise make sure to obtain an RMA authorization number with a company representative. You will need this in order to return your merchandise. If you have recieved damaged merchandise you must report it to us ( Karaokebargain.com) within Three (3) business days. All merchandise sold on Karaokebargain.com is insured for the total purchase price. Sometimes mistakes do happen and if for some reason you recieve the wrong merchandise Karaokebargain.com will gladly return it without a restocking fee. However, if you recieve exactly what you ordered a restocking fee of 25% will still apply. The return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless the order was recieved in error.
